"Highly Impressed! Would Recommend!"
Our central heating setup had been gradually failing for quite some time. Into Plumbing identified and fixed the issues in the system swiftly and effectively. They really understand these systems thoroughly and took the time to clarify the problems and solutions. They get straight to work, tidy up after themselves, and their prices are fair. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

"Our boiler lost pressure and we were clueless..."
Our boiler lost pressure and we were totally at a loss on how to fix it. After sending a few pics over WhatsApp, he guided us step by step to get it running again. Fantastic service, and we’ll surely be calling Into Plumbing and Heating for our future maintenance.

"An outstanding service experience"
Our boiler broke down, and Darren was super helpful in coming over to sort it out. While some might have tried to say it was unfixable just to push a new boiler on us, Darren was upfront and managed to repair it. He was dependable, reasonably priced, and kept us in the loop the whole time. Truly, it was an outstanding service experience. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Into Plumbing and Heating again.

I ran into a problem with my boiler (no hot water or heating). Right from the time I made the call, I received top-notch service. They sorted out my issues swiftly and without any hassle, explaining everything in simple terms. The job was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. They also pointed out another issue I didn’t know about, and there was no pressure—just some helpful advice. I’ll definitely use this company again and fully recommend them to anyone... thanks a lot!

I was in a bind and needed a plumber right away since the last one ghosted me. Darren called me back in about 15 minutes and showed up the same day. He was able to swap out a part and get the boiler working in just one trip. Super fast and friendly service. 🙂

"Replacement of Gas Boiler in My Apartment"
My gas boiler broke down right before Easter 2022. Darren and his crew got a new one installed as quickly as they could. The setup was a bit complicated since a long flue had to be swapped out, but they kept the mess to a minimum and even patched up the holes they had to create in the ceiling. I compared their pricing with BOXT and found it quite reasonable, plus I felt confident that if anything went awry, I'd get quick assistance. Honestly, I doubt BOXT would have handled the flue situation as well.
I'm really happy with how swiftly and professionally they handled everything, and I’d definitely recommend their services.
